Fast-forward to last week, when I had to sleep without my CD player. I used the MP3 player again, and for three or four days in a row, I would write at least 1,000 words every morning. And then... I came back to my room, stopped playing music all night, and the writing has ceased.
Was keeping my brain active all night long with music what inspired all the great ideas to be written upon waking? I'm not sure, but it sure seems that way. If that's true, I think I need to go back to the MP3 player, and then actually write every morning instead of being lazy. Procrastination is killing my writing habits.
